Maksym Lesnichenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development outsourcing and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at NCube Ltd since March 2015, Maksym specializes in providing skilled remote development teams and ensuring quality solutions. Previously, Maksym held the position of Account Manager - HOC at Life360, where responsibilities included operational supervision, employee retention policies, and the hiring process. With a strong background as a Senior Sales Manager at both 8Allocate and Redwerk, Maksym has a proven track record in client-focused software development solutions. In addition to founding BL-Group Ltd, where custom software development and outstaffing services were provided, Maksym has held various leadership roles, including CEO positions at Creative-Line Ltd and Thermostrip Ltd.
