Manoj Arora

Manoj Arora is an experienced professional in business excellence and operational efficiency within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as an Associate at NDDB Dairy Services since October 2017. In this role, Manoj provides leadership to the Business Excellence Department, focusing on standardization and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the dairy value chain. Prior to this position, Manoj held roles such as Senior Manager of Business Excellence at Winsome Textile Limited, where responsibilities included managing Total Quality Management and ISO standards, as well as Assistant Manager at Moser Baer India Ltd., overseeing production.
