Tim Hoepfl has extensive experience in marketing and operations, currently serving as Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Marketing at NDG since September 2012. In the role of Director of Strategic Marketing, Tim has managed a team focused on maintaining client relationships and achieving key performance indicators for a portfolio of real estate brands, playing a pivotal role in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Previously, as an Account Supervisor, Tim mentored a team while overseeing marketing activities for significant accounts. Tim's career at NDG also includes positions as Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, and Quality Control Specialist. Prior to NDG, Tim gained experience as a Litigation/ITC Paralegal at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on Writing and Rhetoric, from Salisbury University.
