Shaun Fernando

Shaun Fernando is a graduate project engineer at Norman Disney & Young since February 2023, specializing in maximum demand calculations and cable sizing using Power CAD. Previously, Shaun completed an internship as a trainee electrical and electronic engineer at Sri Lanka Telecom, where responsibilities included maintenance of generators, rectifiers, and batteries, as well as installations of fibre cables. Shaun also gained experience as an electrical electronic engineer intern at Sri Lanka Telecom, focusing on similar technical tasks. Additionally, Shaun participated in the Global IQ Connect program at the University of Adelaide, enhancing cultural intelligence. Shaun holds an honours degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Adelaide, completed in November 2022, and has prior experience as a tennis coach and cashier.
