Currently serving as a Relationship/Program Manager at NEA Member Benefits since August 2011, Taren manages partnerships related to retirement and investment products while leading the development of resources aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Prior to this role, Taren worked as an Independent Financial Advisor for various companies from 2001 to 2011 and held multiple positions at NASDAQ from May 1994 to March 2000, where responsibilities included securities regulation consultation and marketing analysis. Taren began the professional career at IBM Global Services as a Customer Support Representative. Taren holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.
