Legal Team

The Legal Team at Nebraska Appleseed provides critical legal support and advocacy to advance the organization's mission of justice and opportunity. Comprised of attorneys, law clerks, and a senior intake coordinator, they litigate impactful cases, offer legal counsel, and engage in policy advocacy to address systemic issues in child welfare, immigration, healthcare access, and poverty. They work collaboratively to influence legal frameworks and ensure equitable treatment for all Nebraskans.
