Gary Lac

Gary Lac is the Vice President of Solutions Development at NEC Corporation of America, responsible for developing biometrics and digital identity solutions for government and commercial clients globally since July 2022. Previously, Gary held the position of Senior Director of Solution Innovation at IDEMIA, where leadership focused on technical consulting and client innovation for growth markets from September 2018 to July 2022. Gary's career also includes roles at IBM as Associate Partner in Biometrics and Identity Management, Director of Solutions & Services at Digital Signal Corporation, Solutions Architect Manager at 3M Cogent, and various engineering positions at Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, EB, and Nokia. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego, completed in 2004.
