Michelle Buckley has extensive experience in customer experience, project management, and digital policing, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at NEC Software Solutions since July 2021. Prior roles include leadership positions in training and customer relations, as well as delivery within justice and enforcement. Prior to NEC, Michelle worked as a Programme Manager at Northgate Public Services and as a Senior Project Manager at HM Courts & Tribunals Service. A significant portion of Michelle's career was spent at Staffordshire Police, where responsibilities included leading digital policing initiatives that resulted in operational efficiencies and cost savings. Earlier roles involved project management at ABM Ltd. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Staffordshire University.
