Roger Birkinshaw

Roger Birkinshaw is an accomplished executive in the software industry with extensive experience in housing and government software solutions. Currently serving as Executive Director at NEC Software Solutions since April 2021, Roger oversees the UK and international Government and Housing software businesses, with a diverse product range including Revenues & Benefits and Predictive Analytics. Prior to this role, Roger was Housing Director at Northgate Public Services, where significant software transformation took place, and held multiple leadership positions at Capita Business Services, managing software for social housing and related sectors. Roger began their career as a PC Support Analyst at Clerical Medical after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Liverpool.
