Lior Buchman

Mr. Buchman served as a CFO of various international life sciences companies. Mr. Buchman has over 20 years of experience in senior corporate financing, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and operational and business development. Mr. Buchman has extensive experience in equity and debt financing with over $120 Million aggregate capital raised and M&A, including post-closing integration into the acquiring organizations.

Mr. Buchman is a CPA with a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa.
