Nico Thantsha

Nico Thantsha is an experienced technical advisor and construction manager currently working at Ellies Electronics (Pty) Ltd since January 2020. With a strong background in solar energy, Nico has held multiple roles including site manager at Neopower, solar technician at New Southern Energy, and installation electrician at SOLA FUTURE ENERGY, overseeing projects totaling over 15 MW. Previous positions include site supervisor for electrification projects at Betmor Enterprise and team leader roles in various solar PV installation projects, demonstrating expertise in both management and technical aspects of construction and electrical engineering. Nico holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current from Capricorn TVET College and various safety certifications.
