Vincent Boeschoten has extensive experience in human resources and educational innovation, currently serving as Manager HR Services at Nederlandse Spoorwegen since July 2007, where responsibilities include core HR and payroll management, HR solutions, and people analytics. Previously, Vincent held several managerial roles at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, focusing on HR solutions and the design and development of innovative educational programs.
