Blake Kirby

Blake Kirby, PE, currently serves as a Project Engineer III at RK&K since December 2019. Previously, Blake held the position of Senior Engineer/Project Manager at DBS & Associates Engineering, Inc. from October 2018 to December 2019. Blake's career began at the Mississippi Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included roles as an Assistant Pavement Design Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and Designer in Roadway Design from July 2012 to September 2018, as well as an internship in May 2011. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi, obtained in 2012, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Arkansas State University, completed in February 2023.
