Eulalia Q. Sullivan

Eulalia Q. Sullivan is an experienced legal professional specializing in civil and criminal defense for indigent clients. Currently serving as a CLA in the Civil Defense Practice at Neighborhood Defender Service since September 2019, Eulalia advocates for clients facing critical issues related to the criminal justice and child welfare systems. Previous roles include representing indigent clients in misdemeanor cases at New York County Supreme Court and collaborating on felony cases at the 15th Judicial District Public Defenders Office.
