Danyetta is a lead community builder at Starfire Council of Greater Cincinnati in Ohio. She works with people to showcase their talents, explore their interests, develop their passions, and maximize their strengths. As a connector, Danyetta discovers people who are interested in building community with the people she supports, around areas of interests, community projects, and key neighborhoods.
In addition, Danyetta trains and facilitate learning around Starfire’s organizational design and process. Most recent was the training of two local major human services organizations who learned Starfire’s design over a ten-week period. Danyetta has trained and facilitated learning since 2000 and operates her own growth and development practice.
Danyetta co-wrote The Black American Tree Project, a visceral history lesson that depicts the Black Experience from pre-colonial Africa to present day in the United States.
She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Fisk University (HBCU) and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Danyetta has extensive training in leadership and coaching from Achieve Global (Formerly Zenger-Miller Frontline Leadership), Harvard Business School and The Graduate School of Coaching/Coachville.
