Nina Sundell

Nina Sundell, MS, PHR, currently serves as a Generalist in People Services at Neiman Marcus Group, having transitioned from a role as Human Resource Manager at Erickson Senior Living. Previously, Nina worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Beard & Suit, managing HR operations across five cannabis firms and collaborating with senior leadership on development and recruitment strategies. Past experience also includes a position as Customer Service Lead at CB2, where Nina improved office operations and mentored new hires, as well as directing US Programs for Project Interchange at the American Jewish Committee, overseeing program hiring and budgeting. Nina's career began as Executive Director for the Colorado Combined Campaign at Community Shares of Colorado, focusing on employee giving programs. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
