Charles Noah Hurley

Charles Noah Hurley holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law and has a diverse background in legal and business affairs, currently serving as Counsel at FanDuel and an Advisory Board Member at Morgan State University’s Graves School of Business & Management. As Chief Advisor for The Juneteenth Foundation, Hurley focuses on promoting the national recognition of Juneteenth and celebrating Black culture. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at Georgia State University and various legal positions at notable firms and organizations such as Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and the Arena Football League. Additionally, Hurley completed graduate studies at Northwestern University in Sports Administration & Crisis Communication and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Seton Hall University.
