Maurice Hermens is a Senior Consulting Engineer in Advanced Technology & Research at Royal HaskoningDHV, with a career spanning over two decades focused on innovative solutions in structural engineering. Maurice has contributed to iconic architectural projects while managing complex design and research challenges within the buildings domain. Additionally, Maurice serves as the Chair of the Dutch Eurocode committee, advancing structural design principles and load actions, and works as an Earthquake Specialist with VIIA Groningen, addressing seismic risks in existing buildings.
