Paul van Norden

Paul van Norden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process safety and safety management across various industries, currently serving as Global Expert ATEX at FrieslandCampina since November 2017. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente and has undertaken several postgraduate and masterclass programs in gas technology, financial management, and change management. In addition to expertise in ATEX-related standards, Paul is skilled in incident investigation, safety barrier management, and risk evaluation, with a certification as a Gold Tripod Beta Practitioner. Paul has also contributed to safety improvements across diverse organizations through roles in consultancy and membership in key safety platforms.
