Cindy Sparrow

Cindy Sparrow, MA, is a seasoned leader in public safety and emergency management, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Cindy Sparrow International since March 2020. In addition, Cindy holds the position of President of the Canada West Chapter of NENA: The 9-1-1 Association and has contributed as an instructor and member. Previous roles include Deputy Chief of Community & Support Services at Red Deer Emergency Services and Owner/Public Safety Consultant at Emergence Consulting. Cindy's career also includes significant positions in emergency services, such as Assistant Deputy Chief of 911 Communications at the City of Red Deer and Operations Manager at the City of Lethbridge. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and Public Safety Communications from Jacksonville State University.
