Raksha Athreya

Raksha Athreya is a seasoned digital analyst currently working at the Alberta Energy Regulator since May 2023. Previously, Raksha served as VP of Operations at the Ivey Pro Bono Analytics & Strategy Collective, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating events and managing pro-bono case logistics. At Luxoft, Raksha worked as a Murex Analyst, executing trades and conducting P&L risk analysis, achieving a 55% reduction in turnaround time through effective communication and task delegation. An early role as an intern at Kompass Immigration involved transforming a legacy system and enhancing marketing processes, resulting in significant lead generation. Raksha holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Markets from the University of Mumbai.
