Ken Reali

Ken Reali currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Rejoni, Inc. and NeoLight, LLC, while also owning the Reali Family Vineyard. As an Independent Director at DYSIS Medical and a former Chief Executive Officer of Bioventus, Ken has significant leadership experience. Previous roles include Independent Director at OSSIO, Ltd., President and Chief Executive Officer of Clinical Innovations, LLC, and President and CEO of Baxano Surgical. Earlier in their career, Ken advanced through various positions at Smith & Nephew and Stryker, including Senior Vice President and General Manager, and Marketing Director and Vice President. Ken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
