Elma Hrustic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Products Portfolio for Digital & Cognitive Solutions at The LINE and Deputy Chief Technology Officer at NEOM OXAGON, Elma has held significant leadership roles at Area9 Lyceum and Area9 Innovation as Senior Vice President. Prior experience includes a strategic leadership position at IKEA Group and various team leader roles at FLSmidth. Elma's academic foundation was established at Copenhagen Business School, where studies took place from 2001 to 2007.
