Kefa Kabanga

Kefa Kabanga serves as a Development Manager at NEOM since June 2022, focusing on development programming for THE LINE, including market assessments and affordable housing strategies. Previously, Kefa worked as an International Strategy Forum Fellow with Schmidt Futures and as a Property Development Manager at DIFC, overseeing a portfolio of projects totaling approximately AED 1 billion. Kefa is the founder of Stimula, a platform designed to support startups, and has a background in strategy and market research from roles at IMKAN Properties, Knight Frank Middle East, and other organizations. Kefa holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Economics from New York University, complemented by diverse educational experiences across several campuses and institutions.
