Edite Paulo is an experienced executive associate currently leading IT staffing at Neotalent Conclusion since January 2024, contributing to the strategic development of the Portuguese and Iberian Conclusion Ecosystem. Prior to this role, Edite spent over 22 years at Novabase, specializing in IT recruitment and staffing as a senior manager, overseeing a business unit focused on financial services and government, and managing over 150 IT consultants across Portugal and Benelux. Edite's expertise encompasses account management, new business acquisition, budget planning, sales team management, P&L management, and human resources, complemented by advanced studies in management, strategy, economics, finance, and HR from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
