Elaine Praxedes

Elaine Praxedes is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Neowrk, Elaine has previously held significant roles at Bidfood Brasil as Gerente de Recursos Humanos and Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos. Additional experience includes positions as HR Business Partner at Chem-Trend and Net Turbo Telecom, as well as Analista de Recursos Humanos at Nutriad. Elaine holds an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Administração de Empresas from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
