The Operations team at Neptronic ensures the efficient and seamless production of HVAC products by overseeing procurement, receiving, and manufacturing processes. Comprised of roles such as Procurement Buyer, Receiver, SMT Machine Operator, Test Validation Manager, and Industrialization Intern, the team synchronizes supply chain activities, validates product quality, and manages the industrialization of new products within our state-of-the-art Montreal facility.
