Jennifer Tyson

Jennifer Tyson currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Nesta, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Jennifer was Legal Counsel at Wellcome Trust from February 2022 to February 2023 and also held the role of Senior Legal Counsel for Data & Analytics at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) for a brief period in 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer spent time as Senior Legal Counsel at Refinitiv, and worked at Thomson Reuters as Legal Counsel and Editor for Practical Law, focusing on dispute resolution. Early career roles included working as a Locum Lawyer at Hogan Lovells, a Paralegal at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and completing a training contract as a Trainee Solicitor at Mishcon de Reya. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester and has pursued additional qualifications at various institutions, including the Institute of Art and Law and the College of Law.
