Heikki Malinen

Heikki Malinen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, notably serving as President and CEO of Neste since October 2024 and Outokumpu from March 2012 to September 2024. Malinen has held significant board positions, including Vice Chairman of the Board for the Confederation of Finnish Industries and Technology Industries of Finland, as well as Chairman of the Board for Realia Group Oy. Previous roles include President & CEO of Posti Group Oyj and Pöyry, along with strategic leadership at UPM, where responsibilities encompassed corporate strategic planning and a successful turnaround of the North American division. Malinen's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's Degree in International Economics from Aalto University.
