Rachid Maalouli

Rachid Maalouli serves as the Head of Nestlé Waters for the MENA region, responsible for overseeing the business across various geographies and units since May 2022. Concurrently, Rachid holds the position of Head of Strategy and Business Transformation at Jiye Kisan and serves as an Advisory Board Member and Visiting Lecturer at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, where a course in leadership and entrepreneurship has been designed and delivered to first-year law students since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Global Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Corporate Development at Swvl, and a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company, progressing through various leadership positions from Junior Associate to Partner. Rachid's career began in the energy sector as Operations Manager at Saudi Electrical Transformers Factory. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Warwick and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, complemented by a French baccalaureate with a math specialization.
