Adekemi Lawore

Adekemi Lawore has extensive experience in inclusion and policy roles, currently serving as the Global Inclusion Lead for Product & Programs at Airbnb since August 2014. Adekemi Lawore has held several positions at Airbnb, including Senior Community Engagement Manager and Deputy Policy Manager for Americas Government Affairs. In addition to responsibilities at Airbnb, Adekemi Lawore works as an Advisor for Nestment, a role started in June 2023, and previously served as Policy & Curriculum Lead at Makebreathingroom.com from March 2020 to May 2022. Earlier career experiences include administrative support at the Santa Clara County DA’s Office and a paralegal internship at the Santa Clara County Public Defenders Office, alongside key roles at Fresh Lifelines for Youth, where Adekemi Lawore managed partnerships and training programs. Adekemi Lawore holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Jose State University.
