Heikki Martela

Heikki Martela is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for Marfort Oy since April 2015, Martela also holds positions as a Member of the Board at Netcontrol Group, specializing in energy network automation solutions, and at Lappset Group Oy, which focuses on play and sport experiences. Previous board involvement includes Filosofian Akatemia Oy, a consultancy that merged with Heltti Oy in 2023, and an impactful tenure as the Chairman of the Board at Martela Group, the Nordic leader in user-centric work environments. Martela's career also encompasses roles as CEO of Meritaito Ltd - SeaHow and various leadership positions at Martela-Morgana AB and Crawford Door.
