Kelly Mandish

Kelly Mandish currently serves as Head of Global Labor & Employment at NetEase, leading a team of employment attorneys to support the company's global workforce outside of China. Mandish also holds the position of VP of Labor & Employment at NetEase Games. Prior to these roles, Mandish was the Director of Global Employment Law at Netflix, overseeing a diverse team to manage employment considerations for over 15,000 employees across multiple regions. Mandish began career at Baker & McKenzie as Of Counsel, advising multinational companies on various US and international employment matters. Educational background includes a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, an MFA from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree from Connecticut College.
