Katelyn McDaniel

Katelyn McDaniel has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving in Emerging Talent Recruiting at Netflix since September 2022. Prior to this role, Katelyn held various positions at Lyft from May 2017 to September 2022, including Director of Early Talent Programs and University Programs Recruiter. Katelyn's earlier experience includes serving as a Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Juicero, where responsibilities included managing interview logistics and enhancing candidate experiences. Katelyn also worked as Rehab & Vitality Manager at Pure Life Neurology & Wellness and played professional basketball for Osnabrück Sports Club in Germany. A former student-athlete at the University of San Diego, Katelyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience in 2015.
