Madeleine de Cock Buning

Madeleine de Cock Buning PhD serves as the Vice President of Public Policy for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Netflix. In addition, Madeleine holds the position of Chaired Professor at Universiteit Utrecht in the Faculty of Law, Economy and Governance, and is a Professor of Digital Politics, Economy, and Society at the European University Institute's School of Transnational Governance. Madeleine is also an Honorary Judge at the Gerechtshof Den Haag and chairs the Advisory Committee on Copyright for the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid. Madeleine's educational background includes studies at Columbia University (2001-2002) and the University of Amsterdam (1992-1998).
