Steven Payne

Steven Payne is an accomplished recruiting researcher with extensive experience in executive search and research management across various industries. Currently serving as a Recruiting Researcher for Executive Engagement at Netflix since January 2022, Steven previously held key positions such as Manager of Research and Operations at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Head of Research in the U.S. at Odgers Berndtson.
