Zuzanna Poleszak is an experienced resource manager currently leading a team of 20-30 Front-End and Back-End Developers at Netguru since July 2021. With a focus on the full employee life cycle, Zuzanna oversees recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance reviews, recognition, and offboarding.
