Amanda Muffato

Amanda Muffato serves as the People Lead at netLex since January 2021, overseeing the People team, defining strategies and OKRs, and supporting HR initiatives within the Tech area. Previous roles include HR Analyst at netLex, where responsibilities covered comprehensive recruitment processes and employee development, HR Analyst for Talent Acquisition at Rock Content, and Customer Success Manager at Solides Tecnologia, focusing on client relations and People Analytics. Amanda's leadership experience also includes serving as President and Coordinator at Núcleo UFMG Jr. and RH Consultoria Júnior, where Amanda managed people processes and strategic initiatives. Amanda holds an MBA in Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas from Centro Universitário UNA and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
