João Pedro Alencar

João Pedro Alencar currently serves as Head of Revenue Operations at netLex since October 2024 and is a member of RevOps Co-op since January 2023. Previously, João held the position of Head of Revenue Operations at eureciclo from March 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included establishing the Revenue Operations department from the ground up to support the company's growth strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at Nibo as Revenue Operations & Data Analytics Coordinator and Senior Sales Operations Analyst, where João implemented process improvements and managed CRM systems. João also contributed to Descomplica as a Business Development Analyst, focusing on B2B expansion and partnerships. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Economics from UERJ and a specialization in Data Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
