Eli Benakot

Eli Benakot is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in backend software development and architecture across various domain sectors. Currently serving as Head of Backend at NetOp.Cloud, Eli has previously held similar positions at Comet, overseeing MLOPS platform development, and at Veeva Crossix as Senior Director, managing big-data analytics in the healthcare sector. Earlier roles include System Architect at Cellebrite, where Eli contributed to law enforcement data solutions, and S/W Architect at Kenshoo, focusing on digital marketing software. As VP of R&D at CrossReader, Eli enhanced a legacy system's performance, while roles at Collarity and RightOrder involved founding teams and developing core technologies in recommendation systems and database optimization. Eli's professional journey began at Orbotech, progressing from Software Engineer to Software Manager. Eli holds an MBA from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, graduating Cum Laude from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
