David Ramer

David Ramer is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of DAS/Small Cell Services at NetPlanner Systems, Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, David Ramer was the Area Manager for the Southeast Region at Communication Technology Services, LLC from December 2002 to May 2016, overseeing sales, engineering, and operations across multiple states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. David Ramer also held the position of Project Manager at NetCom Solutions from 1998 to 2002. David Ramer earned a degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock between 1991 and 1995 and graduated from J.A. Fair.
