Jeff Zhang

Jeff Zhang is an accomplished professional in analytical development with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Analytical Development at Neumora, Jeff is focused on developing small molecule medicines for CNS diseases. Prior roles include Interim Head of Pharmaceutical Development and Senior Director at Elicio Therapeutics, where responsibilities encompassed analytical and drug product development for cancer vaccines. Jeff has also worked as an independent consultant, primarily managing analytical method development for IND filings, and held various leadership positions at Neon Therapeutics, Blue Stream Labs, and Ipsen, contributing significantly to analytical chemistry and method validation. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Peking University, complemented by postdoctoral research at MIT.
