Kristin Ferge

Kristin Ferge currently serves as President and CFO of Capri Communities, starting in October 2023, and is a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at NeurAxis since March 2024. Previously, Kristin held the position of EVP Chief Financial Officer at Capri Senior Communities and Tarantino & Co. from April 2016 to October 2023, during which time Kristin was recognized as the 2018 CFO of the Year by the Milwaukee Business Journal. Prior experience includes serving as EVP Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Brookdale Senior Living from April 1998 to March 2016, contributing to the company’s status as the largest for-profit, publicly traded senior living corporation in the U.S. Earlier, Kristin began a professional career as a Senior Accountant at KPMG LLP from September 1995 to April 1998. Educational qualifications include a BA in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
