The Head of Departments team at Neustark AG leads and coordinates various critical functions across research and development, production, engineering, carbon dioxide removal, quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE), finance and administration, communications, and IT. This team ensures the effective implementation of strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and continuous innovation to scale up Neustark’s carbon removal solutions and achieve its goal of removing one million tons of CO2 by 2030.
