Lisa Tolliver

Lisa Tolliver, M.Ed., serves as the Training Coordinator for the Nevada Small Business Development Center since November 2020, where responsibilities include analyzing client data to enhance training programs and building community partnerships for co-sponsored initiatives. Previous experience includes roles such as a Recruiter at the College of Southern Nevada, where Lisa trained staff on a new Applicant Tracking System and led recruitment efforts in local high schools. At Scientific Games, Lisa coordinated and administered training for up to 200 clients annually and developed internal programs to address performance gaps. Other positions held include Training Compliance Coordinator at Silverton Casino, Event and Promotion Lead at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and Marketing Coordinator at Boomtown Casino Hotel. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and has a diverse educational background including a Bachelor's in Business Management and a BS in Elementary Education.
