Barrett Carver

Barrett Carver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and program management across various industries. Currently serving as Program Manager for Membership at the American Bankers Association since February 2023, Barrett previously held roles including Manager of Customer Success at Notarize and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Cybrary. Notably, Barrett contributed significantly to customer retention and operational improvements while at Compass, where responsibilities included coaching a team to enhance agent experience and leading the Agent Success Subject Matter Expert Program.
