Vicki Shabo

Vicki Shabo is a legal and policy expert with extensive experience in gender equity, paid leave, and care policy. As the Founder and Director of the Entertainment-Focused Narrative and Culture Change Practice at New America, Vicki leads initiatives aimed at cultural transformation. Previously, Vicki served as the Vice President and Director of Work & Family Programs at the National Partnership for Women & Families. Vicki garnered valuable legal experience as an Associate at WilmerHale, a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael Murphy, and a Summer Law Clerk at Public Citizen. Vicki holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2018.
