Fernando Banda is a seasoned professional in sports development and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sports Development at New Era Cap since September 2024. Prior to this role, Fernando worked as a Regional Brand Manager at Champion, overseeing significant business segments and leading sales and business intelligence efforts. With extensive experience from roles at BELCA México, adidas, VF Corporation, and Hanesbrands Inc., Fernando has a strong track record in demand planning, relationship management, and strategic product development. Fernando holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México and an associate degree in Industrial Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
