Bethany Hacker

Bethany Hacker serves as the Development Director at New Foundations Home for Children since August 2022, contributing to a non-profit organization with a rich history of supporting youth since 1974. Previously, Bethany held the position of Marketing Manager and Partner Coordinator at Bigger Brains from November 2020 to August 2022 and worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Universal Unilink, where impressive marketing campaigns resulted in over 300% online traffic growth. Experience also includes a freelance sabbatical focused on renovation and education, a role as Community Relations/Programming Specialist at Harford County Public Library where over 200 marketing pieces were produced annually, and a lengthy tenure at PRWorks/Delmarva Discussions as Business Owner and Program Director, consulting for multiple small businesses and non-profits.
