Mickayla Gulak

Mickayla Gulak is a skilled geology professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Production Geologist in Training at New Gold Inc. since May 2021, Mickayla has previously held positions as a Junior Geologist and Geology co-op student. Prior to this, Mickayla worked as a Geologic Assistant for the Government of Manitoba from November 2020 to May 2021. Additional work experience includes roles as an Outfitter at Cabela's, Ambassador for the Manitoba Oil Recycling Program, Referee for the Manitoba Soccer Association, and Line Cook at Assiniboine Park Zoo. Mickayla earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Manitoba and completed a Certificate Program in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Herzing College in 2020.
